I have a personal message for you. The philosophy and the skills or traits that you look-up to when in a situation of being attacked, are not defensive skills. They're spiritual skills. You seem to have lived till now looking up to spiritual skills as if they are defense skills. You've got them switched and you are not even aware of it. :) HAHAHAHAHA. Think of it in this way. If a skill is manifested physically for survival of self. Then it might be called as a "Defense Skill". Also, if a seeker chases after God without realizing self, he/she will never find God. Spirituality is not about God. God is the goal. But not the journey. Suppose you were being taught a lesson in Computer Science by God and God points to a direction with his finger. Will you look at God or the direction he is pointing? If you look at God and glorify or idolize God, then you will lose your direction. You have to follow the direction.
This mod was just updated (Oct 2023!) but I cannot recommend it because pet damage is extremely high and although ignorable, the godzilla potions trivialize the game. From reading the comments of the original creator it appears there were several "flavors" of this mod, but this one is the one with everything, including some gamebreaking aspects.

For those who are losing the save file, i founded a way to play this outdated mod, you just need to name your characters and pets with somenthing really random (like "aasdasdasddasd") or small, for me i tried "a001" (for my char) and "b001" (for my pet), and it worked. I hope i have helped someone, have fun.
For new users that are here on the Nexus looking for great mods for your new free version of Torchlight II thanks to the Epic Game Store, this mod pack of mine is 6 years out of date, this pack will not work with synergy due to the huge gap in updating and Hacknslash and myself have dropped support for this pack for over half a decade. We worked really hard on this pack for our time, we got featured on pcgamer(https://www.pcgamer.com/mod-of-the-week-haknslash-essentials-for-torchlight-ii/) for that hard work, we were the 2nd highest rated/ downloaded mod on the workshop aside from synergy and we loved every second of this game and our work. However, while I personally may rejoin the game with some younger family members, I now work on my own video games and will most likely not be remaking a new mod pack or anything. The user who uploaded this pack, saved it from the workshop prior to our removing all our packs and mods from the Steam Workshop. I hope you all find what you need on the Nexus and please don't use this lol.
Thank you for saying that. I'm just diving back into the game myself, and checked these posts hoping to see if this collection was still working. In any case, thanks for your efforts in the past and going out of your way to save gamers like me a headache trying to figure out modding now. Hopefully Synergies is still sound :D
If there are "newer" updated dates then yeah, but synergy has been updated this year and I think the nexus version is last updated from 2014. Also I'm not saying that the mods will not work. You could probably still play with the 2014 version of synergy and this old modpack of mine, but if you want to use any of the updated core mods from the steam workshop, this old pack of mine will not work with those.

You have to extract the file into the mod folder located in Documents\My Games\runic games\Torchlight 2\mods then launch the game and click the manage mods button and check the box
We used to have several versions of our pack that had these features, however, with the removal of all-out packs from the workshop, this re-upload that was put on the modnexus without my knowledge is I assume our everything included pack, it has money potions and cheats that help get you to end game materials far too quickly. Not balanced at all.
