First, download Cutscene Tongue Fix which contains the last version of her head with some fixes, then, replace her IDLE file with this one, if you want Lara to have her mouth closed while playing.

Current and last version of her face. I fixed some clipping issues between her tongue and teeth, and the little gap between OG braid with Lara's head.

I had forgotten to put the faces of TR2 and 3 into their ITEM folder, meaning cutscene were using OG remastered face.
