They simply changed the weight on each seperate ''ball'' of Lara's original hair and because it's well...ball shape you don't see if one of them turns around. This cannot be applied to a braid, ponytail etc because they don't consist of perfect balls. So sorry, you gotta continue to live with twitching.
The longer braid looks lovely! However, I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but there is a visible ball-shaped mesh where the hair band is. I’m presuming it’s leftover from the fixed vanilla braid bubbles / balls. It sticks out especially when wind hits the hair. Also in your screenshot, the hair band looks like it has a new texture. Did you forget to add it to the zip file? But like I said other than that, it looks great!
Edit: Actually the picture in the screenshot appears to be Lito’s head, it doesn’t glitch out using his version and uses the darker yellow textures 🤓
yea also somehow the texture of the her hair on her head not the braid part seems to be ruined texture wise it looks totally different then the other one and you can see the stripes or lines or whatever lol sorry i hope you got what I mean tho

Literally the only two things I don't like about Remaster Lara are the dark hair bands and the bulb braid and this mod fixes the second one and is compatible with a mod for the first one. But the recent patch kinda broke this mod. The braid doesn't properly connect to the hair anymore and it also twists itself and vanishes. I really hope you update this because it's such an awesome, well made mod.
Will this mod be updated since in the patch they changed the hair lenght and physics? It's one of the best mods for the remasters and also I'd love to see her braid longer in your style like in The last revelation!
Will you update this mod? The new patch seem to fixed the issues with her hair (glitching, when moving her head left, right with the camera and looks weird as well) these were fixed. Using the mod does not apply correctly and looks like previously (still issues with the hair with the mod)

This is the greatest mod for " TOMB RAIDER Remastered " so far ! Many thanks for doing this, Lara is now at it's true form. And compared to remaster vanilla, it nearly don't randomly squish on idle !
For this occasion I have made my own hair texture colour rebalance to match the original tone as Lara's hair looks too redish and not enough latina brunette in this remaster. Yellow hair tie bands are here too !
She was a redhead in the original. Not until LAU was she a brunette. But I agree with the Latina elements, since Lara was originally Laura Cruz. But she had dark auburn hair originally “Lara Croft is depicted as an athletic White woman with brown eyes and dark auburn hair, frequently kept in a plait or ponytail“ They even gave Doppelganger in Underworld, dark red hair and a braid as an homage to the original depiction. AoD Lara still had auburn hair too, but darker. Check the top cow comics too, it's depicted as auburn there too. Konrad was hired for a reason, he faithfully updated her look with her original red hair intact.
KasumiRINA maybe, but when I saw how much of the forms I have to fulfill when uploading a mod on Nexus that I felt lazy about it ! Especially for such a small texture mod that is mainly related to the Braid mod.
No it shouldn't be default, her hair wasn't brown in the classic games and she wasn’t Latina. Laura Cruz was an early concept, Lara Croft is a white British woman with auburn hair. She literally gets the nickname “Red” in the comics, because of her hair
Great mod. Hopefully it can be improved to fix the link to the rest of the hair. Have you considered making a less square/puffy hair to match the TR2/TR3 hair?
