      so 8000, 8003, 8050 are for lara only? I'm making a folder with all the installed mods and I want to have everything separated and described so I know what I'm installing. If you could clarify this for me, you would help me a lot.

    Hello. Would you consider bringing the updated lara face to 1-3? I use both of your mods for both games.
  5. Could it be possible that the soldier in the trenches who tells us to go get upgrades for the bike, before the huge monster, looks damaged? I mean, in the original version he has a wound on his chest and in his eye, and in the new graphics (it's so dark that I can't see if they implemented it) he's just lying down, without any visible wounds.

      I saw it. The main problem in that scene is the lighting, but yes indeed his right eye doesn't even look damaged in the new graphics
    2. Also, i notice that, in TR5 theres this issue...she is too big or he is too little? theres a way to fix this? its kinda funny tho, the disproportion is real

      I don't know what happen in that scene, also in the OG graphics he looks smaller than Lara. Maybe is the prospective or the OG animation doing bad. If i compare these models he is taller than Lara. His face is a slightly smaller but not too much. i can try make his head bigger

    Jean-Yves is great, thanks for feeding him! I was just replaying Citadel and his arms were like Rayman, but not anymore, you somehow connected them.

      Yes i try different things and at the end i made the shoulder bones bigger so that when he moves the arm it appears more connected.

    Hey how do you export the head properly? I tried same way as in 1-3, but it gives me 201 kb file instead of 1mb+ and it doesn't work in-game.

      When you export you have to click on "Export animated". Make sure you export it to the same folder you imported it from

      Thanks, I'll try now! Still broken. Did I need to import with armature in the first place? I'm lost why it doesn't work. Costume I exported does. Do I need to rearrange vertex groups like forums said, or check some other options I missed?

      Edit: it worked, I had to name the file the same exact way and save over the old one, else it didn't pick up anims. My habit of not overwriting files and saving in separate folders made me spend an hour bashing my head on the wall.

      Other checkmarks when saving aren't needed? Saving Modifiers and Active (no idea what they do).

      I'm glad you made it :) it's enough to check export animated and only active (if you have opened other models on Blender)

      Animation tick only needed for files that have TRMA near, right?

      I need to finish my head edit and export it to all 125 heads or something, ech!

      Yes when you import it TRMA being created and you have to export it in the same folder with same name. And no, for Tomb Raider 4-5 you have to modify just one head of Lara that being used in all cutscenes (excluding young Lara). For TR 1-3 yes, you have to modify all heads for all cutscenes (idk why they created one different head for each cutscenes even if the same model...)

      Ah so what are files like LARA_HEAD_29.TRM up to 112 doing in 4/ITEM they can be safely ignored?

      These are TRL files not TRM, an unknown format, probably in these files are stored more animation files for cutscenes but yes you can ignore it.

    This is very cool. Could you do the same to Yarofev's face in Chronicles, too, please? He is very far from his FMV counterpart.

    You actual madlad you did it, you saved Von Croy. I love the remasters but man the faces are easily the worst part for me, this is GOLD!!!! Now just gotta see if a pierre and larson face mod ever drops (and better water I suppose) and the games will be perfected lol
