   I download and extract and it says .sav file. The other mods I downloaded where the files are either .ucas .utok etc are able to work perfectly in the game. Why is .sav file that is unable to work. I did extract them and placed under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TokyoXtremeRacer\TokyoXtremeRacer\Content\Paks. Yet it does not work. Please kindly help.

   i dont get it, it says everything ready to buy but it isn't? tune parts have to be unlocked???
