      Example path: C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TokyoXtremeRacer\TokyoXtremeRacer\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods
      
      After installing ue4ss, place NoCollisionMod in the mods folder at the path above.
      You will also need to add NoCollisionMod to mods.json and mods.txt in the mods folder.
      The author of this mod also instructs you to do this.

      The instructions are literally written in the files tab, right before you download the mod.
