I went into the licensed TQ but when I started loading the character the game told me that - "The Custom Quest you loaded includes an invalid map file (likely a "Bounce Mod"). The changes will instead affect your next game with a Main Quest character. If you are unsure about their compatibility, please use a new one."... I don't understand how to fix this... Now I understand that I'm a complete blonde...
It is a message that all bounce mods get. Basically it just means that you can choose your normal characters from the main game instead of having to use a custom-game character for mods. You just use a level 1 custom game character to load the mod, then the message redirects you to the character selection for the main game. You then proceed to pick your real character and start the game.
That's because the ARZ file doesn't do anything. It's XPack2.arc that contains the secret sauce.
Note the part of the description that says "This mod may not be reuploaded as part of a merge or on other platforms." You may merge it for your own personal use though.
And yes it is for personal use. I've never uploaded any mods before and if I do so in the future, it will be with the author of each mods permission for sure. :) (I guess my wording may have given the wrong impression lol)
Ok, so I guess the arz file has nothing is it, is what you're saying right? Which makes sense why ARZ Explorer had the error. I was gonna to check out the mod more for learning and curiosity.
Thanks for the help, now I know to check arc files also.
Gentleman, thank you very much for bringing this mod. The truth is that with this mod, now the TQ does not feel so bland and empty when it comes to breaking an item in a satisfactory way, pity that the base game does not allow you to use the forge as many times as we want, but farmeando the materials as it is with the bosses with the items, basically, the forge has no essence in the game, but now, thanks, to you, it has it at all (Although without the mechanics of farmeo XD). Very grateful to the mod, have a prosperous new year.

Also, once I unzipped the file, it was a 1kb file, even though it says its a 3kb file.
Am I doing something wrong or is the file bad for some reason?
I guess I can use TQVaultAE to do the same thing, but I was curious to see if I could merge this to me custom mod.
I don't know if the mod author is still active, but any help would be welcome. Thank you!
