Might be worth to add detailed installation instructions seeing how extremely mod unfriendly the gog version of the game is... So here goes First, after extracting the mod files, navigate to your game folder Locate the folder called "mods", if it doesnt exist, create it create a new folder within the mods folder, any name will do, and extract mod files there if you see a mods.list file, open it with notepad, if not, create it as a text file for now you will need to add your mod to this folder, and it should look something like this: (mod files prefix)|(name of your folder)|No Description|enabled|local with the files default prefix, and whatever name you gave the folder, the whole thing should look like this: 78da9c0f14bc403a813fb5b93e1ca8ca|Hard|No Description|enabled|local then navigate to documents, find "this war of mine" and open the mods folder here, create if it doesnt exist You will need to extract the mod files here aswell, WITHOUT making any folders for it Repeat the process with the mods.list file, just copy the one you made earlier if you created it as a text file, ensure the file ends with the .list extention, not .txt now upon starting the game, you should see "against all odds" in the title screen and the mod should show up as "loaded" in the workshop center. This has to be one of the most user unfriendly ways to install a mod i have ever seen I fear this version might also be out of date, seeing the steam version has been updated after this. oh well.

So here goes
First, after extracting the mod files, navigate to your game folder
Locate the folder called "mods", if it doesnt exist, create it
create a new folder within the mods folder, any name will do, and extract mod files there
if you see a mods.list file, open it with notepad, if not, create it as a text file for now
you will need to add your mod to this folder, and it should look something like this:
(mod files prefix)|(name of your folder)|No Description|enabled|local
with the files default prefix, and whatever name you gave the folder, the whole thing should look like this:
78da9c0f14bc403a813fb5b93e1ca8ca|Hard|No Description|enabled|local
then navigate to documents, find "this war of mine" and open the mods folder here, create if it doesnt exist
You will need to extract the mod files here aswell, WITHOUT making any folders for it
Repeat the process with the mods.list file, just copy the one you made earlier
if you created it as a text file, ensure the file ends with the .list extention, not .txt
now upon starting the game, you should see "against all odds" in the title screen and the mod should show up as "loaded" in the workshop center.
This has to be one of the most user unfriendly ways to install a mod i have ever seen
