They may have changed the save format, or else the save format on PC is completely different than what you uploaded. Save files are a *.vdf and only a cloud file to steam.
Works great.Though having 99999 points from the beginning seems a bit too much overkill to my liking. Would you mind to make an alternative version with just 3000 or 5000 research points and maybe 20 additional hero ability points? Empire points should be earned. For me it would be suffice if I can unlock the additional troopers and the supply train stuff form the start...
Nope sorry. I just made this to share for myself and to others. Feel free to make your version. I used a trainer to get the points, and save the files here.
