Another item of which we had no appropriate off-the-grid/olde worlde alternative - the dew collectors...
It would be nice if my sims in my old houses with no electricity and no/little plumbing could have something that suits their surrounding. A well is perfect, I thought.
I've cloned some objects and added the dew collector functionality to them. So they can be placed around your old style house and look normal.
There are 2 versions (you can use both):
1. Buckets
2. Well
This is not a replacer, it will add a new object
This can be used off-the-grid as far as I know, from checking in my own game, the original dew collectors seem to function with the OTG lot trait active.
