Ooh, got it. I think I just used someone from the goth family for this and the evil trait for a pose(it's just a custom costume) . If it was a custom sim, she's long gone.
I used version 2.76, the model is just the original one with lower poly (it just don't import in the game if it's over 60~80k) Honestly, I only watched one video teaching how to make clothing and started to learn everything else myself with trial and error. Sims 4 studio forum can help a lot too, they can point out stuff you did wrong if you are stuck. Just make sure that you have patience, this model took me over 30 hours and small stuff still take at least 4, it's not that easy.
Kinda wish it wasn't just an all-in-one full body clothing item though. Separating everything into hat, hair, tray files, etc would've made it perfect. But I get why that probably isn't possible since this appears to be a model conversion directly from RE8's game files.
Yeah, I tought about making it more separated while opening the model, then I read 300.000 poligons at the bottom of the screen and just said: No The model isn't perfect, her hair shine even after trying to remove it for hours, the model had to lose 70% of the poly because it wasn't even importing in the game... Her dress open in random spots during some animations too. I think some stuff like the hat and maybe the necklace is possible (not in the same resolution tho) but I had difficulty enough with her, so...
