Open up this mod with the latest version of Sims4Studio and find the following line(s):
Statistic Tuning: <T n="max_value_tuning">100</T>
Sim Data: <T name="max_value_tuning">100</T>
The above line(s) should be on line 18 under the Statistic Tuning and on line 14 under Sim Data. Edit the number(s) to whatever you desire. The number represents how much value the buff will carry over other all other buffs. A higher numbers mean the Decorated buff is more likely to take over and come into play over all other buffs, thus making your Sim(s) always in a happy mood. A lower number means the Decorated buff is less likely to take over other buffs, allowing other emotional buffs to come into play. The default number is 641. If you want to turn the Decorated buff off completely, change the number(s) to 0.
Love the idea of this mod. I've been annoyed at how giving a sim a trait like hot-headed seems like a waste once you get some decent decor going at home.
Going to download and try it out. I'm hoping, though, that when sims have a positive mood that their "decorated" moodlet will still buff that mood as normal. If not, that might be a deal-breaker for me. Will try and remember to report back one way or another for the benefit of my fellow mod users.
I believe it should work as you stated. I only neutralized the buff to 100, down from 641; which was over powering all other buffs. You'll still get the decorated "happy" buff, but it should not over take other emotional buffs. However, if you have many "happy" buffs, say you have 5 different happy buffs at one time, then your sim will likely be happy rather than angry or sad if you only have one of such buffs at that moment.
Has it been working out for you? You can always lower the power of the buff down more and/or turn it off completely.
