Open up this mod with the latest version of S4Studio and find the following line:
<T n="max_duration">0</T>
The above line should be on line 5. Edit the number to whatever you desire. The number represents how long in Sims minutes the debuff will last.
Example:
Every hour has 60 minutes. If you want a two hour delay you would multiply 60x2 which equals 120. Then you would change the 0 to 120.
This applies to any version you chose.
