Hello. I can't figure out how to get the tome. Per the (edit: spellbook injector mod) I should have an interaction to "search for tomes" but for the life of me I cannot get this interaction to appear on anything and the functionality to purchase tomes from the shop in the magical realm is disabled.

You should be able to get the tome or to learn the spell in the same way you do with every other base game spell: Search for tomes in any "spellbound bookcase" in the magic realm, practice magic (in this case Untamed magic), duel another spellcaster for knowledge or ask one of the sages (the sage of untamed magic) to teach you the spell. You cannot buy the tome, since that alternative is disabled. It should be pretty easy to get the spell in any of the other 4 ways, since it is a level 1 spell, but if you want it right now you can always type bb.showhiddenobjects in the console, search for "electrokinesis" or "tome" in build mode and place it. If you have one of my other mods installed (Houses of Witchcraft) you can also get magic tomes as rewards when going in some of the rabbit holes.
But like I said, you should be able to get the spell pretty easy in any of the other 4 ways. The interaction to "search for magic tomes" in "spellbound bookcases" is only available when you are in the magic realm, and has a cooldown, maybe that is why you do not see it? Remember also that spellbook injector is a script mod, and should be placed no more than 1 folder deep inside your mods folder to work properly. I have checked the code and test the spell in my game again, and everything is working fine.
