It is built with every DLC up to High School,, all is game content. The game should replace most with what you have installed not everything will have a game friendly replacement so better to look over after placement on 40X50 Lot. I would say all expansion packs would help a lot with the game replacements.
Requires multiple packs (as far I can see from the pictures: Get Together, City Living, Island Living, Jungle Adventure, Spa Day, and Laundry stuff are surely required; it probably requires even more). It looks like to be on a 50x40 lot.
