I often see drunken sims in the streets the next morning after visiting a bar. Seems like the drug stats are not decaying while sims are not loaded. Is there a need out there to have something like: "remove all intoxication" ? ( I think 8 hours of sleep should be enough to become sober again, with an hang over, but sober.)
