It's a fully functional punching bag with 21 swatches including one with Vlad's face. Just wanted something more rustic to exercise with.
The model comes from skyrim but with a new texture to fit the game art style.
It's a bit jelly but messing with the bones to fix it make him a complete mess, so I guess it's simply impossible.
