I forgot to note, the upstairs part of the gym though has a TV in one room and stereo in another for aerobics, it's really meant for adding any CC or mod gym related stuff. I put Yoga mats(From Mod the Sims) in the stereo room so Sims can do Yoga. Middle room for laughs I put a chair in the room facing the corner furthest from the door because I had no more gym stuff. TV room I left as is for aerobics.
Ofcourse all the internal walls can be removed on the second floor and more weight benches added... Hell you can level the whole thing and fill the lot with nothing but weight benches.... And make every single one of them a complete different color and texture. Try that in Sims 4! Its a 30x40 lot, I am sure all of the Sims4 gym equipment and all the swatches that can be used on them wouldn't fill 1/4 or less of it.
Also insults at Sims 4, impossible to make the restroom in the junkyard with it and the trailer park would look like really nice rectangle small homes where a 500 gallon tank of green paint was spilled in the yard followed by a strip of grey WHERE Sims 4 no cars would be.. Also F Sims 4.
