The panel menu does not open when travelling to other worlds or reloading the save from the main menu. The only way to fix this is to restart the game. My game is heavily modded, so there may be conflicts.

This is a standard sims 3 package file compressed into an archive via 7-zip.
Are other mods (not only from me but others) also flagged by your anti virus software ?
The Nexus virus scanner shows all green and a quick win defender scan on my source file and archive also dont bring up anything.
If you had earlier versions of this mod did they not get flagged then ?

I've tried the older version and the newest version and still am having the same issues. Changes made in the SimPanel don't stick. Especially with Skill levels.

Some skills have prequisites to allow for leveling them up. Can you confirm that the skill you want to change is changeable via someting like nraas master controller ?

Which other settings beside skills  are not "sticking" ?

I went in to Nraas MC to change the same skills and yes they worked that way. I tried changing the values on a moodlet, it stuck for a minute and defaulted back to normal. It was the unfurnished room buff. Since these are the options I was most looking for, I haven't tested out any other options yet.

I have changed the set skill algorithm which may resolve the issue, though if the skill is locked up via a script i cannot do anything about that at the moment.
As for the Buffs some buffs get constantly changed via a script. One example is the "unfurnished room buff" among others like various temperature buffs.

I've been dreaming for a mod like this for AGES! Thank you so much!!! I hope I won't run into any problems or corrupt saves though.

I like the idea of this tool, very useful, thank you.
However, it seems it tends to corrupt saves, maybe it just my case and nobody else experience it.
I can load game from saves before SimPanel, but once I load SimPanel saves, game crashes after few seconds. If I pause the time I can still rotate camera and navigate town, but when I unpause, game crashes almost immediately, it happens even if I remove mod's .package file.

Found these messages in crash xcpt .txt file:

Hmm, while this wont bring back any already corrupted saves, did you install the latest version of both the c# utility and this mod and cleared the script cache before running the game ?

Id be interested to know if the corruption you wrote about can be reproduced. There was a stability fix in the latest version of this mod i wonder if these issues are connected and may be fixed now.
