Hi there! I’m unfortunately unable to use this great mod because I’m not able to get a pop up to show when I try to identify if I can apply the fix. From your guide I learned this is from the WMI. So I typed a command to enable it and sadly still no pop up. I know how to match it manually however I am stuck on the editing of the graphicsrules file and was wonder if you could please help me with it. My graphics card doesn’t have a series number like the examples I see so I have no idea what to put haha. Basically I am trying to figure out what goes where the question marks are in graphics rules: or match(“${cardName}”, “??????”)). My graphics name (driver and database) is AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics

It does work, but it's not the kind of performance I would expect with my PC. Especially with the Smooth Patch by LazyDuchess. That's why i wanted to use the app in the first place. Cuz I thought that if it doesn't make my game actually run smooth, then making it recognize my GPU would
Hello, every time I use the app my game breaks when I play with Pets. I've already tested the game in several ways: without mods and without gpu recognition and it worked. This all started in June 2023 and after looking for the source of the problem I came to the conclusion that after using this app the game breaks as soon as I start a family with pets or play in a pre-existing one.
hey! the program identifies my gbu with a vram of 4gb (I checked in sgr. graphicrules, in seti texturememory, which should be at 4086), but it is 8gb. I already reinstalled and installed the game and the add-on, but this continues to happen.my video card is a radeon rx 570 series!
There are sources (I forgotten which, it's been a long time), which states that it couldn't read above 4GB, since it's a 32-bit application. That's why, the texture memory size detection is always FALSE.
I looked at the info logs and saw that you have added support for workstation cards in the past, would you be willing to add support for the RTX A4500? 2232 is the device id (from the deviceconfig log) if that helps.

(Edit: if you've already added it, the app isn't detecting mine, so that's a problem. I do have an integrated gpu, which is being detected. One of my monitors is plugged into that while the other one is plugged into the gpu if that could be problematic.)
It says it's detected 2 graphic vendors, "please check which vendor is correctly supported", but I can't find where to check the two? I only have a nvidia card, but it says it's found nvidia and intel. The "apply" button is greyed out and won't let me click it. Help?
Edit: Nevermind, it's because I had done the "disable launcher" thing, it thought the directory was broken.
My Game Launches but opens the window and hides it immediately with the patch. It will do the same thing when I uninstall the patch making the game unplayable. Had the patch for a few years now not sure why it started doing this.
Edit: NVM had to manually change the Resolution in the Options.ini to 1920 1080 60 or desired resolution/hrz. So if anyone else is dealing with a perpetual minimizing game just do what I did.

managed to make work by entering files and ep 2 clicking on the game exe instead of launcher
