did you try a few times? i notice reshade sometimes will not come up. sometimes i even have make sure i click the display or it wont come up when i hit the open button.
Download the mod and install it in the folder. Find and download th earlier version of Rehsade: 2.0.1f1 (https://www.mediafire.com/folder/8ar1jhh1809cl/ReShade_Repository#x55ggpi0thaz2). Grab the keycodes file from there and put it in the location the error points you to. Then it will work.
Hello! from 2018 here just revisiting this mod if somehow people found an fix yet its almost a decade since the game was released and 2 years from now when the mod was created still hoping for the fix! :D
hey got an error message reading "preprocessor error: could not open included file' Reshade/Personalfiles/keycode.h' " and it wont let me switch the reshader off and on. do you know if there is a solution for this at current or might a patch be coming in the future? hope to hear from you soon ;{

I looked in personal files folder and there is no keycode.h file.
p.s:
Haven't really used Reshade very much so don't fully understand how to fix it if it bugs out.
