Removed requirement for New Mod Categories in the Build Menu, due to mod not being incompatible with the latest patch, so the Sentry Post is now found in the Defense Category.
No longer interacts with the Magnetic Stabilizer's min radius, so can be placed freely without interfering with the Rift Gate.
