Hey Flygod, thanks for the feedback! As for your issue, I actually had the same problem and found a fix, no mod required! 1. Open Steam, go to your Precinct game in your library. 2. Right-click it, select Properties then go to the Controller tab. 3. Where it says "Override for The Precinct" choose "Disable Steam Input" That should do the trick. But if it doesn’t, no problemo amigos, there’s a plan B; 1. In the top-left corner of Steam, click Steam → Settings. 2. Go to the Controller tab. 3. Under "PlayStation Controller Support" set it to "Enabled in Games w/o Support" After that you should be golden, Have fun!
I think my situation is a bit different, because I'm streaming the game via Steam Link. So game launches on my main pc but steam on the remote PC (where I sit) dictates to this game (and every other game) that we're using Xbox gamepad.
I don't think there's a work around that, except for a specific mod that just replaces xbox images with sony, while game and steam still thinking it's the xbox controller
