New hair/eyebrow colors! Install as many as you like at once, they won't override since so far they are all separate hair colors. If you have a captain that already uses a particular hair color, their hair will change. I don't think NPCs are affected - I made all the brown hairs white and looked around Edgewater and Stellar Bay and no one had newly bleached hair. Edit- NPC's are affected. My test must have been only rare hairs lol. Felix uses jet black hair and other NPCs do refer to the captain's hair colors.
Note that hair colors often look very different between character creator and in game. This is a game issue and I don't know how to fix it. Hair colors also look different depending on the style. The white and pink eyebrows also create a line on the face with certain eyebrow styles. It's actually there even with unmodded hair colors but with the bright colors it's really obvious. Seems to be only the unibrow styles.

- Very white hair with white eyebrows - replaces hair 40_AP_HairColor_White
- True jet black hair with black eyebrows - replaces hair 31_AP_HairColor_BlackJet
- White with pink tips and pink eyebrows - replaces 34_AP_HairColor_BlackPinkTips
- Blonde bright / Halcyon Helen's hair color - replaces 00_AP_HairColor_NULL
