Since playing for the board is not popular, and doing it just for the achievement is anoying, here is a save file from the game. Just kill her and you will get the achievement.
Also, I have played Spacers Choice edition, no idea if save works on regular version.
Save file location - C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Spacers Choice - ideally replace one of your manual save.
