1. Lockpick 40 COMPETENT: Find +25% more Bits in containers -> +600% (x7 more Bits in loot and monetary rewards)
2. Engineering 40 COMPETENT: Break Down weapons and armor for a 20% Chance to extract a basic mod -> 99%. Initially implemented for testing, I left it as such. Some mods will have higher chance (+3 armor), other (+5 Stealth Skills) lower chance. Break all junk armors/weapons for higher prices when selling mods.
3. Engineering 60 ADEPT: 20% Chance items you repair will become pristine, increasing value and durability -> 99%. It doesn't reflect the reality, chance for pristine is much lower than 99%, probably remains unchanged (according to my testings).
4. Science 40 COMPETENT: Tinkering Cost -50% -> -66% (added for testing and left it here, because I liked the results).
New in version 1.2
1. Lockpick 40 Find +25% more Bits in containers +25% (x1.25) -> +125% (x2.25 more Bits in loot and monetary rewards).
The number of Bits found in containers/quests rewards will be rounded down.
E.g. Chest Lockpick < 40 15 Bits, Lockpick > 40 15x2.25=33.75 -> 33 Bits, 225x2.25=506.25 -> 506.
2. Engineering 80 rare mod chance 10% -> 50%
3. Science 40 tinkering cost -50% -> -66%
