Increases the duration of buffs from drugs, food, drinks and nicotine.

In a vanilla game, the duration of effects from consumables is usually between 15 seconds and 2 minutes. Given the quality of these buffs, this is clearly not enough.
What does this simple mod do:
The duration of buffs from food, drinks, cigarettes and some chems has been increased to 10 minutes.
The duration of buffs most chems has been increased to 30 minutes (maximum stacked duration increased to 1 hour).
The duration of adreno-time buffs increased to 20 minutes.
Installation: usual
Copy "zz_IncreazedEffectDuration.pak" into "\TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Content\Paks\" folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Doesn't work in Spacer's Choise edition.
