Enables mod slots on weapons that normally don't have them or only have some.

Enables mod slots on weapons. Work in progress, will update as I add more. For now the following have all slots enabled,
***The following weapons do not work. This mod simply enables slots that are turned off by default and these weapons' files do not refer to slots at all - needler, healgun (employee benefits), Imp_TossballBlocker_Weapon_T2, Imp_TossballBlocker_Weapon_T3, SC_SawedOffFlechette_Weapon_T2, SC_TripBlade_Weapon_T2, pickaxe handy deconstruct, shovel gravedigger, PET, clawrake backscratcher, hatchet quick and dirty, spade a spade, skip spanner/udder buddy, spectrum gatling, special delivery, discrepancy amplifier
***Prismatic hammer doesn't work correctly - it can have mods installed but doesn't actually affect its damage etc
Place the pak in your Paks folder - The Outer Worlds\Indiana\Content\Paks
- All pistols including Spacer's Choice pistols, Joch Bolter Pistols, and TL Automag Pistols. Uniques included - The Negotiator, Salvager's Helper, and Irion's Flintlock
- All revolvers including The Vermin and Spacer's Choice revolvers. Uniques included - Exterminator and Fiver
- Science Handguns - 3 variants of FORCE Phlogisynchotron - Cleo, FORCE, and Joch; and the Shrink Gun
- One longgun for now - Peacekeeper
- All heavy weapons - Uniques included - MSI Saltuna Searer, Montag, Anarchists Cookbook, Purpleberry Launch, Rapti-don't, Good Word, Ol' Reliable, Gloop Gun
- All long guns - Uniques included - Pink Slip (actually called Widower Maker in its file), Sublight Sniper Rifle, Bursty, Phins Phorce, Thunder (T&L Assault Rifle), Long Ranger, Thunder (T&L Hunting Rifle), Euthanasia Kit (Hammersmith shotgun version), MSI Shotgun, Peacekeeper, Euthanasia Kit (Spacer's Choice shotgun version), Pauper Popper, The Bouncer, Anti-Manti Ray, Mind Control Ray
- All base game heavy and light melee including uniques
- Murder on Eridanos - all weapon types including uniques
- Peril on Gorgon - all weapon types including uniques
