   Can you make something like Half infected Ellie? Like two face using zombie textures in his body. I always found this interesting scenario if Ellie actually turned but still would be able to stay in control.

      How unfortunate, looks like we'll be waiting for a few more decades until TLOU2 gets model swap mods figured out. Hate ND for not adding official modding support to the PC port.
