Mod replaces revolver with pistol and additionally provides silenced submachine gun or bow.

Requires: ndmodloader
'dina pistol.psarc' only replaces starting revolver with beretta.
'dina pistol and mp5.psarc' replaces revolver with beretta and provides silenced submachine gun instead of alcohol
'dina mp5.psarc' replaces alcohol with silenced submachine gun
'dina bow.psarc' replaces alcohol with bow
'dina pistol and bow.psarc' replaces starting revolver with beretta and provides bow instead of alcohol
*pistol and sm gun may have different ammo counts in different files
update:
- added alternate version of mp5 + pistol so player has alcohol and can craft medkit
Important: install only one file.
