Playable festival outfits. Replaces the Santa Barbara and B-Day outfits.

Should work with mods that don't replace the Santa Barbara or B-Day outfits as long as ndmodloader is up to date
Only the B-Day outfit works in No Return
Installation:
1: Download and install ndmodloader
2: Run the game once and close it
3: Move one (1) of the .psarc files you downloaded into the "mods" folder in the game directory
4: Run your game and equip the Santa Barbara outfit (B-Day outfit if you are playing No Return)
Enjoy!
