The no bloom is the same as the regular preset, I think you uploaded the same one twice. And for some reason they add a heavy noise filter and film grain when turned on.
Thank you for letting me know, that's pretty odd I will test them again and update you.
Update: I just tested them on a different PC, there's no noise filter or film grain. If anyone else is having this issue please let me know. It might be on your side, if so then just turn off film grain, bloom and noise
