A simple re-texture mod of Joel's Torso16

How to install this mod:
One way:
1. Unpack sp-common.psarc using https://github.com/Ekey/U4.PSARC.Tool and paste all unpacked files in The Last of Us Part I\build\pc\main.
2. Put joel-costume-16-torso.pak in The Last of Us Part I\build\pc\main\actor97 and rename your sp-common.psarc to soemthing else.
3. Done.

The othe way：
Download the updated file.
Use fluffy's mod manager to use this updated one, so you don't need to unpack game files.

copy unzip files into games\TLOU\Mods
Somehow you can't uninstall the mod properly using fluffy's manager and you might need to vertify sp-common file, in that case, you can use this mod use the other method.
