It seems that devs made sure their game couldn't be launched otherwise, except on cards that support DX12 and it's impossible to make a mod similar to Death Stranding and Elden Ring, so that they can be launched on DX11 with card like GTX 950M. Numerous posts and comments on Steam indicate that even 3000 series cards have problems launching. Something is really wrong with this game.
Replying for future onlookers: the game actually runs better on RPCS3, with decent graphics as IT WAS RELEASED ON PS3 KNOWN FOR ITS QUALITY, anyway.
Saying this as I beat the game on RPCS3
Low build/vram = RPC3, there are I believe 1 or two parts that force crash but there are videos showing you how to skip said crash scene ( the elevator fall, they get around this by loading the level directly, that means a video tells you how to load the level after said cutscene, they could have fixed this by now I played in 2023 )
I never stuttered or went below 40 fps on RPCS3, unlike this remaster that wants way more than 8gb vram

I need back up file for these replacing files..... i know it was stupid that i did not back up my files..... since i'm using this mod, then The game randomly crashed/freeze out of reason that ended up to be force close manually by me. my current version is V1.1.2

Hey man, if you're on steam right click on the game in your library, go to properties, installed files, then hit verify integrity of of game files then it should go through your game files and see what's wrong and delete those specific files so your game can go back to normal.

I was getting 11fps with this mod at first now about 70+ but the screen keeps feezing after only a few seconds..
