1. Download and Run ReShade (https://reshade.me/). On the ReShade dialog click on Click here to select a game... 2. Browse to your COTW installation folder and select theHunterCotW_F.exe 3. Back on the ReShade dialog select Direct 3D 10/11/12 on the bottom >> a window wil open to Select effect packages to install 5. "Standard effects" and "SweetFX" will be already selected. Now also select qUINT by Marty McFly and color effects by prod80 *. Click OK. 6. The installer will now download the newest versions of the effect packages: SweetFX, qUINT and prod80. Click 3x OK. Then close the ReShade setup.
Now you can use ReShade in your game! (Any ReShade preset is only a text file, telling ReShade which effects to use and how they are configured.)
1. Copy my ReShade presets into the #ROOT folder, where "theHunterCotW_F.exe" is. Start the game. 2. There will be a little intro by ReShade... press [Pos1] on the keyboard to open ReShade settings. 3. Select a preset in the dropdown menu on top, click Apply.
Done
--- * You can also select all available effect packages for download, except the old legacy ones at the bottom. Thus you can use any existing ReShade preset without downloading missing packages.
Additional advantage: You need only the preset .ini files from all the uploads here on Nexusmods. Many uploaders simply include their used effects inside a Shaders folder, although they may already be installed correctly by ReShade. This leads to errors by double-loading effects, being added on top of each other (for example 2x vignette, 2x saturation...)
Hi Chris! Thanks for the mod !!! Maybe you want to do what the developer can't do, replace the standard weapon Solokhin MN1890 with 7,62 Tiger SVD and Nordin 20SA with Saiga 20? Me and the community would be grateful to you!!!Thank you !!!
