Like the good ol' playstation 3 & xbox 360 days where you could have Tommy Cipolla with master license and the 6 speciality skills, which you could have by now for months with other mods but I decided to just make a save file out of it.

If you don't want Dominic to look like how he is, just enter mobface and it loads his regular face. I used r3sus' beta Dominic mod incase you easily wanted to have that mod and this mod without manually patching him into your save file.
