DLC Pack

Adds both "Jack of all Trades" and "Level 4 Weapons" to PC. You can find Tommy Cipolla at the Corleone Compound, and Jimmy Lira at the New York Safehouse. You can also recruit then at the start of the game, when you select your first Made Man. All weapons are available in the first safehouse from the start of the game, replacing Level 1 weapons.

I modified Tommy Cipolla and Jimmy Lira to have Master License and all skills. But since you unlock 2 crew members later in the game, i speedrunned to that point of the game (Taking least rackets as possible, killing no rival made men, no favours, no other level weapons picked up and etc.) More info in the Detailed Descrpition.

Restored HQ Billboards

Replaces low quality billboards (currently 4) in NYC and Miami to HQ (original) ones.
