You didn't do anything wrong, for what ever reason it removes the face off the male body, you have t go next to the black smith in the Crevice. Go to the Mannequin and activate it to set up your appearance. I play on Steamdeck, but there should be a button for whatever you are playing on to swap Body Type to Female Khazan to make the mod work.

希望官方能出角色的幻化，都学仁王做了装备的幻化了，却没做人物幻化。
