Blurry / flickering text on load screens and splash screens and main menu.
Has anybody else noticed this issue? I assumed it was a high DPI scaling setting thing, but went down to 100% scale on desktop (and tried various combinations of overriding / compatibility) to no avail. This doesn't seem to be impacting the game, text looks crisp during gameplay, but it's a minor irritation during load screens when tooltips etc look blurry and unstable.
Looks like badly encoded Bink video. The reason it flickers into clarity every few moments is because those are the keyframes

    Can epic games use this?

Most likely yeah, as long as the file structure is similar or same to the Steam version, along with the Bink 2 DLL being identical.

Hi I'm using a Ryzen 9 5900HX (8 cores) and I'm noticing that the audio is not syncing up with the cutscenes when I'm using the only file that is up currently. Does using the previously archived 8 CPU pack help with the desyncing issue and if so, could you unarchive the 8 CPU pack files and put it back up?

Edit: Actually only one cutscene has been affected by the desync issue and the rest of the cutscenes seem unaffected so far.

Could you tell me which cutscene is affected by this? There were other releases that I have done, that had similar issues due to frame interpolating them with parameters that can cause this. But upon testing a few cutscenes, they all seem to be doing well.

Yep. This is completed, there are other Bink videos that I could not upscale, else they would appear broken in-game, with the scaling.

Use 8-CPUs pack. If you see any playback issue, change to 4-CPU pack.

I'd say use the 8 CPUs option. Using any of the two does not affect the performance but affects the rate at which each sliced sectors of the frame can be decoded on each of the cores in your CPU. If your CPU is slow and/or does not have adequate core count, you will see that some parts of the frame are playing faster and some are not.

Thank you for this and your EW1 mod too.  Getting ready to replay the series and this is nice to find.  Might consider adding more comparison screenshots for EW2 mod.  Thanks!
