This is a performance config for low end PCs, increases perfomance from 24-30 FPS (with Frame-Gen)to a whooping smooth 50-60 FPS (using FSR3 on Balanced with Frame-Gen). tested on GTX 1650Ti

This will decrease the visual quality but not by much, mainly noticeable is the poly count loss (can be changed), as character's outfits look a silly silly but nothing to break immersion, and adds alot of performance by disabling unwanted things, this config file can be more customized to your choice. see OPTIONS below.
mainly for Low-End PCs who struggle to run the game at low settings with 25-30 fps with frame gen, this will decrease the load on gpu and vram (4GB) so that framegen is activated properly and without framegen you will get 40 fps, using it 60+ always.
tested on AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, GTX 1650Ti 4GB.

OPTIONS: shadows can be disabled but not recommended, it will give u 60 fps native but the game looks horrible without any shadows and reflections.
"r.SkeletalMeshLODBias" option under [SystemSettings] changes the polygon count of characters, 0 means max, 4 is lowest. it is set to 4 by default. 4 gives best performance, 0 gives best quality.
"r.DetailMode" option under [SystemSettings] will increase details of objects around. 0 is low, 0+ increases quality
"r.ShadowQuality" option under [SystemSettings] can be used to manage shadow quality, 0 is disabled, 0+ is enabled + quality.
