"Sweet Dreams, Isaac"This non-intrusive addition to the Dream Catcher will spawn as a hanging dream catcher when the boss room is completed, to serve as a reminder to NOT SKIP THE TRANSITION!Using the Ehwaz Rune or We Need To Go Deeper! will also create a hanging dream catcher.

Encyclopedia - An In-Game Wiki

This mod is meant to stop the need for players to have an extra window open for Platinum God or The Binding of Isaac’s gamepedia page, by porting the Wiki’s contents into the game in a simple to use menu.

Playable Iwata (replacing Isaac)

Brings back Iwata himself along with his Gamekid and Cartrige.(almost as seen on December 6th secret event)
