I have the same problem, here's a link to the swf file v. 2.60.22 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rnIc9904rFV03P4r39ukBR_VhhEwa_Ho

This doesn't feature the auto-difficulty of previous BS-fixpacks, correct? At least, my game defaults to Normal again in BS3 with this mod.

Mmmm. I don't know if this bug is due to your fixpack or not. I got into a fight after I installed the fix, and randomly one enemy didn't move on his turn, and I had to start again the game

Do you have any more details? Could you also send me your save file?

Can't use my imported save 😭

So either deal with shitty bugs or don't import my save. What a choice.

Love the mod! Would be awesome to have Bolverk unlocked on Survival mode, tho

One more possible suggestion for future fixpack additions; I didn't want to post it in the bug section b/c it might be considered sketchy and isn't exactly a bug. It would be great to have the BS3 kickstarter and pre-order rewards be unlocked by default, Kivi and the items and titles and customization/menu additions, similar to how the BS1 fixpack unlocks Tryggvi. There's already ways to do this by manually adding code to saves when starting a new campaign--I'm sure you've probably seen it, though I'd be happy to track it down for you if necessary--but it'd be great to have the game take care of it every time, to avoid having to immediately exit and reenter the game upon starting Chapter 16.
