   I think it works now for tConfig 0.38. You have to go and do another folder.
   
   1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\
   2. Extract for 'tConfig 0.38'
   3. Then go back for Terraria folder and copy 'steam_api.dll' and 'steam_appid.txt' for 'tConfig 0.38' folder
   4. Then your good. I hope it works.

      Hi, I downloaded tConfig 0.38 to play the Story of Red Cloud, but there's no sound, even when I raise the volume from zero. I've tried using Game Launcher with Terraria 1.1.2 and it works with sound, just tConfig doesn't have sound for whatever reason.
