It doesn't seem to work. I replaced the file in the templates and then I started a new game. I clicked on the country and looked at the region list and it didn't show anything besides its own regions. Did the mod simply not work or do I need to research a project or something?
Wait nvm something strange happened and replacing the file didn't take? or something? and I had to do it again for it to work. Thank you for this mod, the Dutch will rise!!!
It's intentionally as light of a mod as possible, to reduce the chance of it interfering with anything. No matter what version or mods used it should wor. And yes, as we say in Dutch. Iedereen is van de wereld, en de wereld is van Nederland.
