About this mod
A formally simple overhaul meant to keep much of the vanilla feel while also still adding a lot to the game! This includes but is not limited to some new vehicles, reworked shops, new units, new models, and tweaks to the original units! As well as a huge amount of custimaztion!

Included is a faction of OCP camo wearing old army troops that are mixed into the movement troops! while much like their founder's counterparts, they do have slightly different loadouts per squad, with only a few being copies. These units replace the units in Atlanta, as well as you getting some bonus units to try out during the mission! Every infantry squad and vehicle in the mission becomes yours to control until it's time to retreat! this includes the Bradley IFV, and all infantry Officer Stevens talks to! Even the Artillery becomes yours!
The Founders faction has been overhauled, from slight tweaks to health, to entire new squads and mixed up models! A prime example are the drivers, who are now outfitted as actual frontline vehicle operators in body armor with equal health to the infantry troops! you will still see the FLC and patrol capped troops in the support roles, like command squads and the later hacker teams!
This mod is using a heavily tweaked version of my other mod, APAS or Any Primary, Any Slot! I say tweaked, as some weapons are no longer considered primary weapons, but any weapon still considered a primary is able to go into any primary slot!
At this time, only a handful of shops have been edited, but i have added most items added by the mod to some shop or another! Anything added by 0.3 is not currently available in the shops. Many of the items are default to squads though so you will not be missing them.
Included in this mod is an Apache Attack Helicopter, a Stryker MGS platform, and the helicopter upgrade system from the multiplayer/skirmish! speaking of Skirmish... The new units are available in the army builder as well, though balance against the AI is not included! Also included is an APS for the Bradley! (quite simple to add really. the normal Abrams one mounts on to the bradley just fine, believe it or not!)
Included is my changes to the Preacher special squad from APAS, but reskinned into a special Navy seal squad! this is matched up with a second Seal team to make for the perfect combo to ride in your first blackhawk!
Now, if this is sounding a little too stacked against poor legion... don't you worry! legion infantry are now buffed up, and both homunculi and wolves are now in double the size squads! i do intend in the future to rework spawns for legion too to give them a better chance, but just the doubled squads is not an upgrade to scoff at! I intend to add some Anti-Air squads and new set ups for Legion in the future, as will as incorporate some of the DLC units into the main missions as well as i work on the mission files!
Also included is two sets of optional files for how long you want bodies to stick around for! at base, bodies will stay for approximately 2 minutes. there's a five minute version and a practically infinite version as well! (If you are playing a single level for 8 in game hours, paused time not counting then there are some serious questions to be asked)
A major change is the introduction to universal weapon slots and a change to heavy weapons. Previously, the ATGM launcher was an exclusive weapon with a unique slot. Now, any unit with either a heavy weapon slot or a Universal RPG slot can equip a Javelin missile system! In addition, the standard weapon for a heavy weapon's team is a measley M240, but they can equip any of the mounted weapons, machineguns, or the Javelin! A small price to pay for flexibility! At current, the Javelins are not in shops, so make the ones you find count! In addition, Shotguns have been reworked entirely into special weapons! this means squads can have a single shotgun equipped and still use thier rifles! Engineers come standard with this! Alongside the Universal RPG slot is a Universal slot that can have any special weapon that is not a heavy weapon equipped, or give your squad sidearms should their ammo run low! Now, not all units can make use of this powerful bit of flexibility, as many units still have fixed slots. Rangers and Special squads use these slots the most! but there may be some other squads that also get them...
My first custom Squad upgrades are also in V0.3! this pair of upgrades are for the infantry squads exclusively!
The first is for the Founders infantry! This expands the squad to a 10 man unit, as well as giving them one of the powerful Universal RPG slots! this can make the Founders infantry highly customizable alongside many of their other changes!
The second is for the Army infantry squad, bringing the squad to it's prewar size! (9, for those who don't know) this is coupled with matching their loadout to an actual set up used my the modern US Army, individual grenade launchers not included. (Two four man 'teams', one squad leader, two MGs, one per 'team', one marksmans rifle, and one launcher)
Lastly, sniper rifles have recived a minor overhual, now including a pair of DMR themed semi-automatic rifles! the standard rifle is now a plain AR-10, with the M2010 and the NGSW-R-M as other options! More will follow as i aquire the models to start adding them.
!!! At current, only the first four missions have been edited at all. While any general squad changes will be reflected in later missions, i have yet to touch later mission files yet. The predifned save is defunct as of 0.3. Not all new items and skills will have custom images.
*Future plans include Legion overhual, Shops, Mission changes, and better balancing for Skirmish and shop purchases! Possible additions could include new vehicles depending on what comes around. (There may be an M60 Patton available soon, as well as possibly a Chinook, and i would love to give the Movement an AH-1Z Cobra to go alongside the Apache)
Installation: This should be relatively easy. unzip the file, then copy every file in the 'main' folder and paste them in 'C:\Users\(your account)\Documents\My Games\Terminator Dark Fate'. for the two body life addons, it's the same process after the main mod, as each is only a single file.
For users like me who's game complains, you may have to unpack the pak files in the common folder for TDFD if the mods don't want to load. You will need 7zip and then follow the instructions in the 'password.txt' file included in the mod. This is only if the mods are placed properly in the mydocuments folder and are still failing to load.
Special shout out to the absolute legend Delta2Hawk for helping me out with making this mod and letting me use his model files and structure as a basis for my mod! check out his mod, Warfare Redefined! https://www.nexusmods.com/terminatordarkfatedefiance/mods/37
