My temporary solution to this is going into the appdata file and finding the CUSTOMTEAM that does NOT have the MNS name, this is the updated version, and deleting the file that does have the MNS name in it. Renaming the unnamed CUSTOMTEAM to MNS puts it back in to correct order.
