This is my first mod. It provides an npc called specopsbarton, who in elven town Shatur sell regeneration generators for some resources such as mana or steam.

Mod should be compatible with other mods that don't change Shatur town.
Install:
*** ONLY FOR OFFLINE/SINGLEPLAYER PLAY!!! ***
0. Extract archive specopsbarton merchant.zip somewhere on your computer;
1. Put file "tome-sbmerchant.teaa" in "Tales of Maj'Eyal/game/addons";
2. Mod should be automatically activated;
3. Mod unfortunately not working on existing saves, you need to start new save/game;
4. For steam regen you need to have Embers of Rage dlc.
