So you put it in your ~mods folder and are getting the yellow color? Make sure you only install one color option the load order is alphabetical so which ever mod is alphabetically last in your mods folder will load last. Each color is a separate pak file you can only have one load last at a time, so you can only have one color option installed at a time.

I'm assuming the hair colors are tied to whatever Recolor outfit you are using?
If it's not too much to ask. Is it possible if you could offer ALL of the Hair colors as an optional separate mod?
It should still be compatible to whatever hair styles we used in the game?
And if we want to mix a different Zero Suit Hair Recolor to another (Ex: Black Zero Suit with Pink Hair) We just load it in order (Black Zero Suit then Pink Hair Optional).

Hair color is just using my other mods. As stated in the description: Moddable hair can be found Here. To change color you can use my hair colors and eyes mods for Shionne for over 169 different options here.
