Hi, great mod, Megumin is the cutest explosive device ever, but one question - would you make version without the coat? I don't like how it moves, it's physics seem a bit strange to me.
I just found out that people have been modding Arise (haven't replayed it yet), and just as I started looking around I thought "man, it would be really cool to have a Megumin outfit for Rinwell" and here we are. Thank you, I love Megumin so this made my day
You just reminded me that i didn't add a docs to this mod page lol, but it is the same as any other mod. You need to create a ~mods folder in the following path where the game is located, (usually steam common apps) TalesofArise/Arise/Content/Paks/~mods folder
once you have the ~mods folder you simply add the pak file into the folder and then run the game.

The only thing I get after putting it into the ~mods folder is the eyes (minus twinkle) and the hat - I think I can see the hair under the ceremonial owl hair but that's it
Please read the description of the mod and the files, that should hopefully answer your question. Basically you need to unlock the blue inherited cloak from the owl forest. You can do this in the second area of the game, the snow area.
The Shionne buddy is part of the Tales of Arise - Premium Costume Pack. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1202031/Tales_of_Arise__Premium_Costume_Pack/ all the buddies are although they are not listed on the steam page.
