Removes Bowstring hair tie from Battle Braid B

Standalone Swimsuit B hair mod - removed ribbon. It should work with other mods as long as they didn't touch this specific hairs. Unfortunately there is slight problem as modded hairs aren't as "reflective" as original model, will look for way to repair.
